RED CROSS PERÚ
Manuel was hired by the International Federation of the Red Cross to produce videos and text stories about Forecast Based Financing, a strategy that seeks to mitigate the impacts of climate change in vulnerable communities.
Travelling to a remote village, 4,000 meters (16,000 feet) above sea level, and then visiting the “Venice of the Amazon” Manuel produced stories that show how the Red Cross is helping communities to prepare for extreme weather – and provide some clues about how these experiences could be replicated elsewhere in the world.
No alpacas were hurt in the making of these films!
